It looks like you are seeing if you can use BIM 360 with AutoCAD. You can use Desktop Connector with BIM 360 to get access to your .dwg files from your desktop. This will not work in the same way that Revit cloud worksharing works with BIM 360. All files that are synced to Desktop Connector are local No problem, you can reference a file from BIM 360 project folder. If you do it correctly, the referenced file appears when you view the host file on BIM 360.
